Bands
When some think of groups they think of an adjective to describe people together. Not necessarily like minded though.
In this case, GROUPS are those special collections of people in and around Derby during the 60s who made music and gave enjoyment to many.
Bands like The Jetts, with Kenny Barker, probably one of the first in the town and who featured a tea-chest bass when they started up. Here they are at one of their VERY early gigs
Then I could mention The Heralds
I could go on ..... and ..... some of these groups are "still playing live!!"
