Derby - Which streets are named after people
The Austin estate in Normanton had all the streets named after people in the world of literature and printing, each street and square on the estate had its own name: Caxton street, Dryden street, Coleridge street, Baxter square, Emerson square, Patmore square, Blackmore square, Browning street. My memory is not as good as it was but I am sure there are plenty of people who could complete the list of streets.
