I am fascinated to find out what has happened to the Old Cheese Factory as I was born at Windley Hall and lived there until I was over 30. I played in the cheese factory and had an idyllic childhood. The Bliss' were great friends and I went to them every Boxing Day. I miss Windley Hall very much and perhaps I can visit there next year and see the newly refurbished Cheese Factory.
